Identity and blackstrap molasses

these thoughts spinning round in my head

the first for a few reasons but watching a film review reallised what i have been searching for. Someone described a film to be released this year as a life changing film, a search for ‘personal identity’ its about an alien absorbing information about our world. i expect it will be scary and atmospheric like ‘the Grey’ but one clip i saw was the most beautiful unexplainable image that belonged in a dream.

the question – with our busy lives, do we have the time to have one and what happens to your well being when you loose your personal identity? at peace, is your personal identity stronger or just unimportant?

This article helps to explain better than i can. Perhaps when you dont search for it any more – you have found it.

about blackstrap molasses, its a rich source of vitamin K, Mg and iron (more than red meat) – good for bones and energy. thou seems you have to be careful with vitamin K with some heart health problems

rooting thru some cupboards, found a chart with all the vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, carbs and efas and underneath lists of what you need to eat and thought this would be good to slow down and think about, before food shopping. lots of our food shopping driven by need to get out the other end of the supermarket as fast as possible.

maybe supermarkets need recipe/healthy cookery demonstration points as you walk round
