Ice cream and Erdbeer Sauce

Recipe from  “Mutters leckerste Saucen’  by Regionalia Verlag GmbH Rheinbach

300g Strawberrys
2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar…(Puderzucker in German)
Dash of lemon juice
Milled black pepper

Wash your strawberrys, dry and remove stalks

Cut the strawberrys in half

Puree the icing sugar, strawberrys, splash of lemon juice and add black pepper to taste

Serve with vanilla ice cream
