‘No frog croaks as beautifully as…’

Reallize everything we do is influenced by our past and boundaries which shifted too and fro in central Europe. All of us, probably came from somewhere else and because we have two parents, sometimes many places. And the journey for everyone began in Africa

Pan Tadeusz – writer and philosopher Adam Mickiewicz first published in June 1834 in Paris, and considered last great epic poem in European literature – a story about a time in history when Poland-Lithuania had been divided between the armies of Russia, Prussia, and Austria. Although the story is not about ordinary people the longing for homeland is probably no different today

Adam Mickiewicz was very proud to be from the geographical region encompassed by present-day borders of Belarus and Lithuania as well as the eastern edge of present-day Poland.   He wrote – ‘No frog croaks as beautifully as a Polish frog..”

We need to know where we came from and where we belong – but as many of us are intermingled, sometimes this is a melting pot of many influences.
