Difficult times and you may not always read the small print but you need to. Although many people will be kinder at times like this – some wont and to protect yourself, you need to be aware.
Paypal’s legal policy and user agreement has changed significantly since March 19th and if you use Paypal – you need to read the small print.
Read through once and it went slightly over my head to be honest but will read it again and try and make sure understand what has changed.
Somewhere read that one of many changes to the User Agreement is that Paypal will not return their fees if you need to make a refund but not clear about the details yet. There are many other changes.
