Yeast is one of the things – its currently hard to find in local grocery store.
So feeling brave or crazy – decided to try and make own sour dough starter from just flour and water – no yeast. Making a sourdough starter is a bit like looking after a Tamagotchi pet – it needs to be fed, watered and have a warm place to stay. If its happy – it bubbles.
