Driving along the road underneath the Downs where it turns off at Poynings and winds past the ‘Shepherd and Dog’, Springs Salmon and onto Edburton and Tottingham manor, looked up and saw beautiful sight – swooping and spiraling with the thermals around Truleigh Hill.
